My story
I grew up in a community where mental health support wasn’t always available, and I know firsthand the courage it takes to seek help. My own path of healing and transformation is what inspires me to do this work today. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my role as a therapist, which allows me to meet clients with authenticity, cultural humility, and compassion.
My Mission
My mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. I believe therapy should not only ease symptoms but also open the door to freedom, authenticity, connection, and joy. I’m especially committed to making trauma-informed care accessible to communities that have often been overlooked or underserved.
